Trade Mark Registration
In 'Online Services' we also provide the services of registration of Trade Mark Registration. It is also known as Service – Mark. Trademark is a recognizable sign, design or expression which identifies products or services of a particular source from those of others. The trademark owner can be an individual, business organization, or any legal entity. A trademark may be located on a package, a label, a voucher or on the product itself. For the sake of corporate identity trademarks are also being displayed on company buildings. The owner of a trademark may pursue legal action against trademark infringement. Documents and Information we need:

  • Proprietor's name, place of business and address.

Copyright Registration
In 'Online Services' we also provide the services of Copyright registration. Copyright comes under Berne Convention and in this convention minimum 166 countries are covered. Copyright is a right given by the law to the creators of literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works and producers of cinematograph films and sound recordings. In fact, it is a bundle of rights including, inter alia, rights of reproduction, communication to the public, adaptation and translation of the work. There could be slight variations in the composition of the rights depending on the work. Patent Registration

A patent is a set of exclusive rights granted by a sovereign state to an inventor or their assignee for a limited period of time, in exchange for the public disclosure of the invention. Design Registration

Design’ means only the features of shape, configuration, pattern or ornament or composition of lines or colour or combination thereof applied to any article whether two dimensional or three dimensional or in both forms, by any industrial process or means, whether manual, mechanical or chemical, separate or combined, which in the finished article appeal to and are judged solely by the eye, but does not include any mode or principle or construction or anything which is in substance a mere mechanical device, and does not include any trade mark, as define in clause (v) of sub-section of Section 2 of the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958, property mark or artistic works as defined under Section 2(c) of the Copyright Act, 1957..In online services we will preparation filing design application, notifying acceptance of the design application and remove objections thereto by the authorities.
Essential things about design registration
(1) The design should be new or original, not previously published or used in any country before the date of application for registration. The novelty may reside in the application of a known shape or pattern to new subject matter.
(2) The design should relate to features of shape, configuration, pattern or ornamentation applied or applicable to an article.
(3) The design should be applied or applicable to any article by any industrial process.
(4) The features of the design in the finished article should appeal to and are judged solely by the eye.
(5) The design should not include any Trade Mark or property mark or artistic works as define under the Copyright Act, 1957.
